Lollashop - Lollapalooza's Pop-Up Launch

Lollapalooza, held August 3rd-5th in Chicago, launched a new pop-up shop concept with the first-ever “LollaShop.” This temporary shop was the very first time ticket and non-ticket holders had the opportunity to get the party started early and buy official goods before the gates opened on August 3. For fans that weren’t able to get passes to the sold-out festival, C3 Presents hosted ticket giveaways at the LollaShop.

The LollaShop opened to the public and served as a unique extension of the popular festival and featured T-shirts and branded items offered in the festival grounds, signings with festival performers, the official Lollapalooza T-shirt provided by Gap, brand experiences by retail partners including adidas, festival after-parties, as well as fashion- and music-focused programming throughout the week. VIP events at the LollaShop took place in the Thompson Hotel Lounge, a lounge and performance space designed to resemble a chic hotel lobby. The lounge offered a sneak peek into the highly anticipated Thompson – Chicago Hotel, opening in Summer 2013.
