FLATS Studios hosted Dinner Lab, an event that connects food-lovers with undiscovered chefs for a unique dining experience. Many of the recipes and dishes prepared for the guests were expressions of the chefs’ backgrounds, heritage, or project that they had been working on, thus showcasing the skills and interests of the chefs.
